Booklife Reviews calls “13 Billion to One” a “fast-paced debut memoir”

Booklife by Publisher’s Weekly came out with their review of Randy’s forthcoming memoir (coming out June 24, 2020) “13 Billion to One,” calling it a “fast-paced debut memoir, narrating the thrilling highs and devastating lows of winning the Canadian lottery, serves up an entertaining cautionary tale of good intentions exploited by bad actors.”

“…fast-paced debut memoir….readers will enjoy this rags-to-riches memoir about bringing a con artist to justice.”
